Founder & CEO
Jack DeAngelo is a recognized leader in the field of emergency management, bringing more than 25 years of experience and over a decade in executive and leadership roles to The DeAngelo Group. His career reflects a proven ability to manage complex incidents, lead high-performing teams, and deliver results in high-pressure environments where precision and accountability are critical.
Throughout his career with Gloucester County, Jack held senior leadership positions within the Department of Emergency Response, overseeing complex and high-risk operations across Emergency Management, EMS, Communications, Information Technology, cybersecurity, and Special Operations. These roles required constant coordination, rapid decision-making, and a high level of operational awareness in fast-moving and dynamic environments.
Jack is a Credentialed Planning Section Chief and Incident Commander and serves as the Deputy Planning Section Lead for the State of New Jersey. He has been a trusted member of the New Jersey All Hazards Incident Management Team for over a decade, supporting large-scale disasters and complex incidents across the country. These real-world experiences bring a level of credibility, confidence, and operational insight that directly benefits every client.
